You will take ownership of our established Power, Energy & Renewables desk, managing long-standing client relationships in a high-growth sector. To succeed, you'll need to demonstrate proven expertise across the key pillars of the role:

  • Acquisition and Client Management: You'll be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and nurturing strong relationships with clients in the power and energy sectors. Your ability to understand their needs and provide strategic workforce solutions will be critical.
  • Recruitment and Candidate Management: You'll manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening top-tier technical talent to conducting interviews and managing the offer process. You will be a trusted advisor to candidates, guiding them through their career journey.
  • Administration and Reporting: Maintaining accurate records and providing timely reports on your recruitment activities is essential. You'll use our systems to manage your pipeline and provide valuable insights into market trends.

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • 3+ years of previous white-collar recruitment consulting experience.
  • Knowledge and/or experience within the engineering, construction, or a related technical sector.
  • Strong numeracy and IT skills.
  • This position will require the successful applicant to travel. A clean and valid drivers license will be required.
  • Full working rights in Australia
